数字技术赋能粤港澳大湾区制造业向智能化转型
Digital Technology Energizes the Transformation of Manufacturing Industry in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area towards Intelligentization

摘要
云计算、物联网、大数据、人工智能和区块链等新一代数字技术的应用发展为数字平台经济快速崛起和粤港澳大湾区制造业向智能化转型提供了历史性机遇.尽管大湾区核心城市已经形成一定规模,且拥有特色的制造业生态及创新体系,但整体上,大湾区智能制造仍处于起步阶段,存在制造业智能化程度不高,创新能力不足,信息化水平有待提高等问题.文章基于典型案例分析,归纳出大湾区独特商业、产业和创新生态协同的各项特征;以制造业生态优化升级为导向,以数字平台经济发展为契机,提出构建协同高效的共育机制;以数字赋能推动制造生态的优化和提升,构建智能制造新生态;最后,在数字技术应用的基础上,提出策略分析.
Abstract
The application and development of new-generation digital technologies such as cloud computing,Internet of Things,big data,artificial intelligence,and blockchain have provided a historical opportunity for the rapid rise of the digital platform economy and the transformation of the manufacturing industry towards intelligenti-zation in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.Although the core cities of the Greater Bay Area have formed a certain scale and characteristic of manufacturing industry ecology and innovation system,the overall intelligent manufacturing in the Greater Bay Area is still in its infancy,and has such problems as low degree of man-ufacturing intelligence,inadequate innovation ability,and informationization level in need of improvement.Based on the typical cases analysis,this paper summarizes the unique synergetic characteristics of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area's commercial ecology,industrial ecology,and innovation ecology.Following the guidance of optimizing and upgrading the manufacturing industry ecosystem and taking the development of digital platform economy as an opportunity,this paper proposes to build a collaborative and efficient co-nurturing mecha-nism.Digital technologies energizes the optimization and improvement of the manufacturing ecosystem to construct a new intelligent manufacturing ecosystem.Finally,based on the application of digital technologies,this paper puts forward a strategic analysis.
