Research on the Development Strategy of Green Finance in Xiong'an New Area——Learning from the Experience of Reform and Innovation Pilot Zones of Green Finance in Seven Provinces and Ten Regions
Taking"green ecological liveable new-city"as the development orientation,Xiong'an New Area will become a new engine for the construction of a modern economic system,which requires green finance to play its due role in resources allocation,risk management and market pricing.This paper reviews the green finance reform in the Reform and Innovation Pilot Zones of Green Finance in seven provinces and ten regions,and analyzes their explored practical paths in terms of how to improve the green finance standard system,strengthen the supervision and information disclosure system of financial institutions,improve the incentive and restraint mechanism,enrich green financial products and market systems,and expand the space for international cooperation in green finance,etc..Finally,this paper puts forward that Xiong'an New Area can play an exemplary role in environmental protec-tion,low-carbon,green development on the basis of learning from the developing experience of various green fi-nance reform and innovation pilot zones,promoting the implementation of green finance reform and innovation in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.
