Efficiency,Safety and Growth:Contradiction and Coordination of Multiple Objectives of Industrial Development
The industrial development of a country or region often usually pursues the multiple objectives of effi-ciency,safety and growth, which are both unified and contradictory,so it is often difficult to give consideration to them at the same time, resulting in the"impossible trinity"of industrial development.Theoretical research shows that:If we choose the combination of efficiency and growth,it is difficult to give consideration to industrial safety;choosing the combination of security and growth is difficult to give consideration to the efficiency of division of labor; It is difficult to give consideration to economic growth by choosing the combination of efficiency and safety.Spatial and dynamic analysis further shows that the choice of several combinations becomes more complicated because of the change of situation in different countries or regions. Therefore, different countries or regions need to adjust mea-sures to local conditions, choose different coping strategies at different times according to their own conditions, and strive to better coordinate efficiency, safety and growth according to the principle of"dynamic priority target se-quencing"to promote the more stable and healthy development of the country's or local industries.
