Theoretical Framework and Research Prospect of Enterprise Digital Transformation——Grounded Research Based on Literature
Enterprise digital transformation is the comprehensive upgrading and optimization of enterprise's organizational structure,business processes,management methods,etc.by using digital technology and digital thinking,in order to improve the enterprise operating efficiency,reduce costs,enhance customer experience and in-novation ability.The existing researches focus on the path mechanism and influencing factors of enterprise digital transformation,and lack systematic combing and review of research results.With the help of the research method of grounded theory,this paper extracts the four important research themes of transformation driving,transformation strategy,transformation scope and transformation results through the programmatic coding of related field topics,and based on this,builds a theoretical framework for enterprise digital transformation.Finally,starting from the four main categories,this paper conducts an analysis and summary,and puts forward suggestions on future research is-sues.
