Total Factor Innovation,Organizational Resilience,and Corporate Performance under Uncertain Shocks:Adjustment of Remote Knowledge Search
Under the impact of uncertainty,organizational resilience has increasingly become an important sur-vival ability for enterprises to resist risks.How to enhance organizational resilience through enterprise innovation to ensure the survival and long-term development of enterprises has become an urgent practical problem to be solved.Based on the theories of organizational resilience and corporate innovation,and through a questionnaire survey of 362 manufacturing enterprises in Wenzhou,it explores the relationship between total factor innovation,organization-al resilience and corporate performance,as well as the moderating effect of remote knowledge search.The results show that:All factor innovation is beneficial to corporate performance,in which the marginal effect of technological innovation is greater than that of non-technical innovation,and there is a substitution effect between the two;techno-logical innovation and non-technical innovation promote corporate performance by enhancing the partial mediating effect of organizational resilience;remote knowledge search enhances the positive impact of technological innovation on organizational resilience,while the impact on non-technical innovation is not significant.
