摘要
围绕数字时代在位企业数字化转型与动态能力主题,运用探索性单案例研究方法,以河北冀科工程项目管理有限公司为例,分析其数字化转型过程中动态能力的演化机理.研究表明:建筑类企业数字化转型过程中动态能力演化受诸多因素的影响,包括但不限于数字技术发展、多元化市场需求变化、创新发展驱动和企业文化变革等;建筑类企业数字化转型经历"探索—发展—升级"三个阶段;与数字化转型过程相匹配,建筑类企业动态能力构建遵循"数字化感知能力—数字化整合能力—数字化重构能力"的演化过程;建筑类企业动态能力成长遵循"外部环境—组织变革—动态能力演化—企业发展"的内在逻辑.通过数字技术的不断嵌入,企业数字化转型推动了企业动态能力的不断演化,相应地增强了其应对复杂环境的能力,进一步又加快了其数字化转型进程,提高了企业竞争力和持续竞争优势.
Abstract
Focusing on the theme of digital transformation and dynamic capabilities of incumbent enterprises in the digital age,using exploratory single-case study methods,and taking Hebei Jike Engineering Project Manage-ment Co.,Ltd.as an example,this paper analyzes the evolution mechanism of dynamic capabilities during its digital transformation process.The study results show that:The dynamic capability evolution of construction enterprises in the process of digital transformation is affected by many factors,including but not limited to the development of digi-tal technology,changes in diversified market demands,innovation-driven development,and corporate culture changes;the digital transformation of construction enterprises has gone through the three stages of exploration,de-velopment,and upgrading;in line with the process of digital transformation,the construction of dynamic capabilities of construction enterprises follows the evolutionary process of"digital sensing capabilities-digital integrating capa-bilities-digital reconfiguring capabilities";the dynamic capability growth of construction enterprises follows the in-ternal logic of"external environment-organizational change-dynamic capability evolution-enterprise develop-ment".Through the continuous embedding of digital technology,the digital transformation of enterprises has driv-en the continuous evolution of their dynamic capabilities,correspondingly enhancing their ability to cope with com-plex environments,which has further accelerated the process of digital transformation,thus improving the competi-tiveness and sustained competitive advantage of enterprises.
