Thoughts and Measures for Financial Support of the Sci-tech Innovation in Hebei Province
With the rapid development of Sci-tech innovation,the importance of financial support for Sci-tech innovation has become increasingly prominent.This study analyzes the relationship between finance and technology from a theoretical perspective,as well as main paths through which finance supports Sci-tech innovation.Then,it re-views the current state of Sci-tech innovation development and financial support in Hebei Province in such aspects as public finance,commercial banks,and support policies for Sci-tech innovation,and finds that main issues re-stricting financial support for the Sci-tech innovation in Hebei Province include relatively insufficient fiscal invest-ment,imbalance between input and output,and excessive reliance on the traditional financial system.Therefore,it is recommended that continuous solid efforts be made in precisely optimize fiscal investment,enrich the science and technology financial service system,and enhance the integration of finance and technology,with a view to leveraging the role of financial services in supporting the Sci-tech innovation in Hebei Province.
