Exploratory Research on Influencing Factors and Moderating Variables of Enterprise Technology Innovation:A Meta-analysis
At present,exploratory research on influencing factors of enterprise technology innovation has be-come an academic focus,however,the results have not reached a consistent conclusion.In order to systematically identify key influencing factors and clarify the causes for results heterogeneity,a meta-analysis method is used to in-tegrate relevant empirical studies.By reviewing relevant research on technology innovation concepts and influencing factors of enterprise technology innovation,this study constructs an analysis framework from four dimensions of sub-ject,knowledge,cooperation and environment based on the innovation ecosystem theory and coding results of the se-lected literature,and uses a Meta-analysis method to conduct a comprehensive analysis of 95 empirical studies and 1290932 independent samples.The results show that a total of 14 factors in four dimensions significantly influence enterprise technology innovation,and key influencing factors include knowledge capability,knowledge base,knowl-edge diversity,R&D investment,network center location,network relationship strength,etc..Meanwhile,it is found that the measurement methods of enterprise technology innovation and industry categories play certain moderating roles.In the end,this paper puts forward policy recommendations and management implications to promote enter-prise technology innovation,and makes prospects for the deficiency of relevant research.
