产业链韧性是工程学、力学和经济管理等学科交叉融合出现的前沿概念,用于表征产业遭受外部冲击后的回弹能力和可持续增长能力.产业链韧性构成了一国产业安全发展的重要维度,如何实现产业韧性增长成为新兴议题,学界相继出现一批具有代表性的研究成果.鉴于产业链韧性研究的重要性和综述性文献的缺乏,文章基于Web of science核心合集和CNKI核心数据库检索资料,对国内外产业链韧性研究文献展开脉络分析和述评.梳理发现:产业链韧性研究最初开始于2004年,2020年以来受贸易战、地缘政治摩擦和新冠疫情影响,相关文献大量涌现;前期研究主要围绕产业链韧性内涵展开,后续研究沿着产业链韧性评估、产业链韧性影响因素、产业链韧性构建机制与路径三条脉络展开;综观已有文献,作为经济韧性在产业组织领域的延伸,产业链韧性研究目前存在理论模型缺乏、量化研究待深化、韧性治理研究不足等问题.未来研究可在经济学分析方法运用与融合、韧性评估方法改进、实证样本范围拓宽和开展产业链韧性治理政策研究等方面进行拓展.
Literature Review and Prospect on Industrial Chain Resilience Research in the Context of Globalization
Industrial chain resilience is a frontier concept emerging from the interdisciplinary integration of en-gineering,mechanics,economic management,which is used to characterize the resilience and sustainable growth ability of industries after suffering from external shocks.Industrial chain resilience constitutes an important dimen-sion of the safe development for national industries.How to achieve resilient industrial growth has become an emerg-ing issue,and a number of representative research literature have appeared accordingly.On account of the impor-tance of industrial chain resilience research and the lack of review literature so far,this paper conducts an evolution analysis and review of research literature on this issue at home and abroad based on WOS and CNKI core database.The results show that:Relevant literature began in 2004,and emerged in great quantity since 2020,affected by the trade war,geopolitical friction and the COVID-19 epidemic;the early research mainly focused on the connotation of industrial chain resilience,and the follow-up research is carried out along the three lines of resilience assessment,influencing factors,construction mechanisms and paths;based on an overview of the existing literature,and as an ex-tension of economic resilience in the field of industrial organization,there remain shortcomings such as lack of theo-retical models,quantitative research to be deepened,and inadequacy of resilience governance research.Future re-search could be extended in the application and integration of economic analysis methods,improvement of resil-ience assessment methods,broadening of empirical sample scope,and research on governance policies about indus-trial chain resilience.
