Research on the New Efficiency of High-Quality Development of Public Hospitals——Based on Comprehensive Budget Management Construction
To promote the high-quality development of public hospitals and shift towards quality and efficien-cy improvement and refinement,the state has successively promulgated relevant policies to provide guidance for comprehensive budget management in hospitals.It aims to construct a comprehensive budget management system,regulate the economic operation of public hospitals,improve the efficiency of medical resource utilization,better pro-vide high-quality and efficient medical and health services,and provide strong guarantee for building a healthy Chi-na.By adopting methods such as policy literature research and case analysis,this paper analyzes and studies budget management,and proposes construction measures with a view to providing value of references for enhancing the new efficiency of high-quality development in public hospitals.
