Research on the Configuration of High-Quality Development of the"New,Distinctive,Specialized and Sophisticated"SMEs——Qualitative Comparative Analysis of Fuzzy Sets Based on TOE Framework
Promoting the development of SMEs towards the"new,distinctive,specialized and sophisticat-ed"is an important approach for implementing the new development philosophy,building a new development pat-tern,and deepening the supply-side structural reform.Taking 27 Chinese niche leaders in Sichuan Province as re-search samples,this paper uses fsQCA method to conduct a configuration analysis of the implementation path of the high-quality development of"new,distinctive,specialized and sophisticated"SMEs under the TOE framework.It is found that:(1)A single condition does not constitute a necessary condition for the high-quality development of"new,distinctive,specialized and sophisticated"SMEs,and the factors affecting the development of enterprises are diverse;(2)"multiple concurrency"in technical,organizational and environmental conditions forms a diversi-fied configuration that drives the high-quality development of"new,distinctive,specialized and sophisticated"SMEs;and(3)there are four possible paths for the high-quality development of"new,distinctive,specialized and sophisticated"SMEs,which can be specifically summarized as policy support precise force,digital transformation continuous force,technology-talent cultivation simultaneous-force and trinity comprehensive force.
