Evaluation and Spatial Difference Analysis of Sci-tech Achievement Transformation Efficiency in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region
This paper uses the DEA-BCC model and Malmquist index to comprehensively calculate the trans-formation efficiency of sci-tech achievements in 13 cities at or above the prefecture level in the Beijing-Tianjin-He-bei region from 2015 to 2021.The spatial differences are systematically analyzed by exploratory spatial data analy-sis method.The results show that:The overall efficiency of sci-tech achievement transformation in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei is low on the whole,and shows a fluctuating trend of increase alternating with decrease;influenced by the un-equal distribution of innovation resources,the transformation efficiency of sci-tech achievements in Beijing is signif-icantly higher than that in Tianjin-Hebei,and the development trend of different cities in the region is significantly different;the total factor efficiency of the transformation of sci-tech achievements in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei shows an increasing trend,and technological progress plays an important role in the improvement of total factor productivi-ty;at the beginning of the investigation,there is a significant spatial negative correlation between the overall efficien-cy of sci-tech achievement transformation in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,but with the passage of time,the positive spa-tial spillover effect of sci-tech achievement transformation has some enhancement,and the overall efficiency shows the spatial distribution characteristics of"high-high agglomeration and low-low agglomeration".
