Sustainable development of cultural tourism is the intrinsic needs and future trend of heritage tour-ism development on account of heritage attributes and features of heritage tourist resources.Urban historic districts are important heritage tourist resources in cities.The evaluations on hi-quality and sustainable development of ur-ban historic districts,in addition to the general dimensions of economic,social and ecological sustainability,still contains emphasis on the sustainability of resources and culture.This study uses the Delphi method to construct the analysis framework and index system with initial weighting.The research conclusion provides reference basis for evaluation study and development strategy formulation of hi-quality and sustainable development of heritage tourist resources.
