The traditional management mode of corporate social responsibility has been paying more attention to government regulations.However,under the changing market environment,this mode gradually demonstrates hyster-esis,and the issue of alienation of corporate social responsibility also emerges in an endless stream,drawing increas-ing attention from all sectors of society.This paper summarizes the evolution process and the current development status of corporate social responsibility in China.Based on the review of the limitations of the traditional manage-ment mode of corporate social responsibility,this paper establishes a framework for the governance mode of corpo-rate social responsibility with the government,enterprises,and the public as the main bodies from the perspective of collaborative governance theory,demonstrates its rationality,and puts forward suggestions to effectively promote the level of corporate social responsibility governance.
