Social Ethics and Relationship Embeddedness in the Process of Rural Industrial Development——Taking the Development of Millet Industry in Q County in Shanxi Province as an Example
Rural industry revitalization is the primary task of implementing rural revitalization strategy.The de-velopment of rural industries can not only promote the process of urban-rural integration,and improve the rural new-quality productivity,but also the study of rural humanistic ethics.This paper uses the case-analysis method to study ethics culture effect on rural industrial development,analyzes what concept of ethics the rural"small peasant society"uses to handle the rural industrial relationships,humanistic relationships,commercial relationships and acquaintance relations.By deconstructing the operational mechanism of such market players as peasant households,brokers,vendors,and millet associations,the rural social relations are closely"embedded"into the millet indus-try development.This paper studies ethical relationships behind rural industries,clarifies the mechanism of effect of rural ethics culture on industrial development,straighten out the relationship context of the rural"small peasant society",activate the interpersonal relationship and ethical culture of local society,make full use of rural social re-sources,and ensure the sustainable development of millet industry in Q County.
