人工智能对新质生产力的影响

人工智能的应用为赋能新质生产力创造了基础.基于2011-2022年省级面板数据,通过双固定效应模型,实证检验人工智能对新质生产力的影响及其作用机制.研究发现:(1)人工智能的应用能够显著提升新质生产力水平,分维度来看,人工智能对科技生产力和数字生产力具有显著的促进作用,而对基础生产力和绿色生产力的影响不明显.(2)异质性分析表明,人工智能对新质生产力的促进作用具有非均衡特征,具体表现为对东、中部地区、高新质生产力水平地区、高工业发展水平地区影响更为显著.(3)机制检验表明,要素配置、技术创新和绿色发展是人工智能促进新质生产力发展的重要机制,人工智能可以通过抑制要素错配、激励技术创新、提高绿色发展水平推动新质生产力发展.
The Impact of Artificial Intelligence on New Quality Productivity
The application of artificial intelligence has created a foundation for energizing new quality produc-tivity.Based on the provincial panel data from 2011 to 2022,this study empirically tests the impact and acting mechanism of artificial intelligence on new quality productivity through a dual fixed effects model.The study finds that:(1)The application of artificial intelligence can significantly improve the level of new quality productivity,and from a multidimensional perspective,artificial intelligence has a significant promoting effect on technological pro-ductivity and digital productivity,while its impact on basic productivity and green productivity is not significant;(2)a heterogeneity analysis shows that the promoting effect of artificial intelligence on new quality productivity has non-equilibrium characteristics,specifically manifested as a more significant impact on the eastern and central regions,regions with high levels of high-quality productivity,and regions with high levels of industrial development,and(3)mechanism testing shows that element configuration,technological innovation,and green development are important mechanisms for artificial intelligence to promote the development of new quality productivity.Artificial intelligence can promote the development of new quality productivity by suppressing factor mismatch,stimulating technological innovation,and improving the level of green development.
