Historical and cultural blocks are the main components of urban context,carrying excellent regional and ethnic cultures.Preserving precious historical and cultural heritage is an inevitable requirement for the develop-ment of modern human civilization,and is a significant issue with historical and strategic significance.Protecting by classification,revitalizing and utilizing historical and cultural blocks in Hebei Province plays a significant role in re-shaping the cultural taste of Hebei Province,enhancing the vitality and creativity of Yan Zhao culture,and promot-ing the urban renewal and economic development in Hebei Province.This paper draws on successful experience from developed regions,and combines them with the actual situation in Hebei Province to propose measures such as strengthening top-level design and expanding the supply of high-quality cultural and creative products,in order to promote high-quality development in historical and cultural blocks.
