Market allocation of data factors is an important part of the development of new quality productivity.The key is to break through the institutional and mechanism barriers that hinder the flow of data factors,make them participate in the process of social large-scale production,and constantly release value to help the digital innovation of the social reproduction process.As a key element of the digital economy,data not only represents an emerging productivity,but also the link of digital production relations,and meanwhile,it is also the governance object,gover-nance means and governance space in the governance of the data factor market,which is a concept of"mass pro-duction".Therefore,based on the basic contradiction principle of Marxism,this paper constructs a systematic framework for analyzing the generation and development of data factor market,and on the basis of revealing its inter-nal relations,maps the factor dilemma,property right dilemma and governance dilemma faced by the real develop-ment,and puts forward targeted relief solutions.
