The Improvement Path of Digital Economy Energizing Labor Employment Level——A Mixed Analysis Based on NCA and fsQCA
The digital economy has become an important engine for the high-quality development of China's economy,and deeply exploring the improvement path of digital economy energizing labor employment level has great significance.Based on the three dimensions of informatization,Internet and digital transaction,the evaluation index system of digital economy is constructed,and 30 provinces in China are taken as case studies to explore the impact and improvement path of digital economy energizing employment level from the perspective of configuration by using fsQCA method.The results show that the digital economy effectively energizes the employment level of la-bor through the three configuration paths of"driven by'informatization foundation'","driven by'informati-zation foundation-digital transaction impact'",and"led by'informatization foundation and influence-digital transaction foundation and influence'".Accordingly,each province should fully understand the synergistic inter-action between various variables based on its own actual development situation and starting from its own advantages and resources endowments,handle the relationship between variables,synergistically drive the development of the digital economy,achieve high-quality employment,optimize the allocation of various factors,so as to jointly pro-mote the development of the regional digital economy and the improvement of employment levels.
