The Development Characteristics,Situation,and Element Changes of Rural Economy and Society in the New Era
During the period of rapid evolution of rural forms in China,the economic and social development of rural areas has shown such characteristics as being regional,comprehensive,interconnected,developmental,and mass-oriented.With the transformation of China's economic and social development from high-speed growth to high-quality,significant progress has been made in the macroeconomic and social development in China,which has a comprehensive and three-dimensional impact on the development of rural economy and society.This has led to the acceleration of urban-rural integration,continuous stimulation of consumer demand,and gradual formation of a diversified investment pattern in the rural economy and society.Since the start of the new era,factors such as rural labor entities,target demands,industrial forms,market behavior,and driving mechanisms that affect the rural eco-nomic and social development have undergone new changes.The total amount,structure,and quality of the rural economic and social development have shown a series of new trends.On the basis of comprehensive analysis of changes in development factors,this paper puts forward that in combination with regional differences in China's urban and rural development,regional space,resources endowments,etc.,we should adhere to the principle of ad-justing measures to local conditions,implementing policies by category,and proceeding step by step,promote the continuous substantive progress and phased achievements of the rural economy and society on the track of high-quality development,so as to accelerate the agricultural and rural modernization and better advance the construction of Chinese-style modernization.
