Farmers'green production behavior is an important point of breakthrough to promote agricultural green production and realize agricultural modernization.Based on the data of 1565 grain farmers in 7 provinces of China rural revitalization survey(CRRS)in 2020,this paper explores the effect and acting mechanism of profession-alization level and agricultural socialization service on farmers'green production behavior by using ordered probit model and mediation effect model.The results show that both professionalization level and agricultural socialization services can significantly promote the green production behavior of farmers,agricultural socialization services play a positive part of mediating effect between professionalization level and farmers'green production behavior.Further analysis shows that,compared with the small farmers who join no new agricultural business entity,the farmers who join such entity have a higher probability of green production behavior after using agricultural socialization services.Therefore,it is suggested to raise the whole level of farmers'professionalization,further support the development of agricultural socialization services,and give play to the demonstration and leading role of new-type agricultural business entities in farmers'participation in green production.
