Annual changes of Mn content and accumulation in Camellia oleifera tree
In order to provide theoretical basis for scientific formulation fertilizer in Camellia oleifera L., taking five-year-old Changlin No.S as material, annual changes of Mn absorption and accumulation were observed and analyzed. The results showed that the contents of Mn were different in different organs. The content of Mn was the highest in leaf, secondly in bark, and the lowest in stem and root. The annual accumulation of Mn was 8.42 g per tree. The accumulation of Mn was 2.11 g per tree from dormancy period in January to shooting period in April. The active absorption and accumulation period of Mn elements was from shooting period to fruit development period in July, during which about 73% Mn of annual uptake was accumulated and the absorption amount was 6.31 g per tree, in which about 0.28 g Mn was utilized by roots and the others were transferred to the parts above ground. Mn was rarely accumulated from July to October, during which Mn in stems was transferred to fruits to promote development and ripening of fruits.
