新疆莎车县扁桃品种抗寒性主成分分析

为给扁桃品种抗寒性的综合评价提供参考依据,以新疆维吾尔自治区莎车县的5个主栽扁桃品种为试验材料,采用主成分分析法,对其SOD 酶活性、可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖、脯氨酸、MDA含量及相对电导率等项抗寒生理指标进行了测定、分析与评价,并对参试的5个扁桃品种抗寒性的强弱进行了排序。结果表明:纸皮1号、阿曼尼莎11号、叶尔羌14号、晚丰18号、选育品种5号这5个扁桃品种的半致死温度LT50值分别为-30.1282、-36.8855、-32.5921、-30.1188、-30.3017℃;5个主栽扁桃品种的抗寒性从强到弱依次为阿曼尼莎11号>叶尔羌14号>晚丰18号>选育品种5号>纸皮1号。
Principal component analysis of cold resistance of some almond cultivars in Shache County of Xinjiang
In order to provide a reference for comprehensive evaluation of cold resistance of almond, taking ifve main almond cultivars in Shache County of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region as materials, some physiological indexes of cold resistance were determined and analyzed by using principal component analysis method, including SOD activity, soluble protein content, soluble sugar content, and so on. The ifve cultivars were ordered based on cold resistance. The results show that semi lethal temperatures LT50 of Zhipi No.1, Amannisha No.11, Yeerqiang No.14, Wanfeng No.18 and Breeding Cultivar No.5 are-30.128 2,-36.885 5,-32.592 1,-30.118 8,-30.3017℃respectively, and the order is Amannisha No.11, Yeerqiang No.14, Wanfeng No.18, Breeding Cultivar No.5, Zhipi No.1 based on cold resistance from strong to weak.
