内蒙古野生山杏优良单株叶片性状的遗传变异分析

为了研究内蒙古野生山杏重要性状的遗传变异及遗传多样性,对内蒙古野生山杏优良单株叶片性状的分布特征、变异程度及其与产量和出仁率的相关性进行了分析.结果表明:山杏叶片的叶长、叶宽、叶长宽比、叶柄、叶尖端等性状均呈正态分布,其中,叶尖端变异较大,叶尖端的变异系数达0.4,其次是叶柄、叶宽、叶长、叶长宽比,变异系数分别为0.17、0.16、0.15、0.09.通过聚类分析与多重比较将叶长分为9个类型,分别记为:很短、短、较短、中、较长、长、很长、极长、超长叶.叶宽分为9个类型,分别记为:极窄、很窄、窄、较窄、中、较宽、宽、很宽、极宽叶.叶长宽比分为7个类型,分别记为:很宽圆、宽圆、较宽圆、中、较长圆、长圆、很长圆叶.叶柄分为7个类型,分别记为:极短叶柄、很短叶柄、短叶柄、较短叶柄、中叶柄、较长叶柄、长叶柄.叶尖端分为9个类型,分别记为:很短、短、较短、中、较长、长、很长、极长、超长叶尖端.内蒙古野生山杏优良单株叶片性状与产量、出仁率的相关性分析结果表明:山杏叶片性状与产量无显著相关,而叶尖端与出仁率呈极显著正相关.该分析结果可为山杏品种的改良与优良单株选育提供理论依据.
Genetic variation of fine individual plants' leaf characteristics of wild apricot in Inner Mongolia
In order to study the genetic variation and genetic diversity of important traits of wild apricot in Inner Mongolia,distribution and variation of fine individual plants' leaf characteristics of wild apricot in Inner Mongolia and its' correlation with yield and kernel were analyzed.The results showed that the leaf characteristics,such as length,width,length-width ratio,stalk,tip,showed normal distribution.Leaf tip had a bigger variation,and coefficient of variation reached 0.4.Variation coefficients of leaf stalk,leaf width,leaf length and leaf length-width ratio were 0.17,0.16,0.15,and 0.09,respectively.Through cluster analysis and multiple comparisons,leaf length could be divided into 9 groups,i.e.very short,short,little short,middle,little long,long,very long,extremely long,and super long; leave width could be divided into 9 groups,i.e.extremely narrow,very narrow,narrow,little narrow,middle,little wide,wide,very wide,and extremely wide; leaf length-width ratio could be divided into 7 groups,i.e.very wide round,wide round,little wide round,middle,little long round,long round,and very long round; leaf stalk could be divided into 7 groups,i.e.extremely short,very short,short,little short,middle,little long,and long; leaf tip could be divided into 9 groups,i.e.very short,short,little short,middle,little long,long,very long,extremely long,and super long.The results of correlation analysis showed that leaf characteristics and yield had no significant correlation,but leaf tip and kernel rate had very significant correlation.This article could offer a theoretical basis for variety improving and breeding fine individual plants in apricot.
