为加速优良母株的无性繁殖,以嫩梢茎段为材料,进行了毛菍快繁技术的研究.结果表明:离体培养的毛菍茎段腋芽萌发后可以形成丛生芽,MS培养基添加6-BA 0.3~2.0 mg/L时芽增殖系数达到3.6~6.5倍;在培养基1/2MS+NAA0.1~0.5 mg/L中试管苗生根率均达到100%;在水帘温室内只需常规管理,试管苗移栽成活率超过95.0%.培养基添加300 mg/L活性炭对毛菍芽的增殖和根的诱导均产生不利影响.
Stem segment in vitro culture in Melastoma sanguineum Sims
In order to accelerate asexual propagation of superior mother plant,using tender stem segments as materials,rapid propagation in Melastoma sanguineum Sims was studied.The results showed that cluster buds could form after axillary buds in stem segments germinating,and multiplication coefficient reached 3.6-6.5 times when 0.3-2.0 mg/L 6-BA was added into MS medium.The rooting rate of test-tube plantlets reached 100% in the 1/2 MS added with 0.1-0.5 mg/L NAA.The survival rate of transplanted test-tube plantlets was over 95.0% through normal management in the greenhouse with water curtain.Adding activated carbon 300 mg/L into the media would reduce the rates of bud multiplication and root inducing in M.sanguineum Sims.
