为了了解种源地对白杨皮漆树种仁含油率及漆油中脂肪酸成分的影响情况,从而给以不饱和脂肪酸为目标的漆树新品种的选育提供参考依据,以种源地分别为贵州省的大方县、云南省的富源县和怒江傈僳族自治州、陕西省的岚皋县的白杨皮漆树种籽为试材,应用索氏提取法和气相色谱-质谱联用技术,对其种仁含油率和漆油中的脂肪酸成分分别进行了测定。结果表明:4个种源地的白杨皮漆树其种仁含油率分别为17.4%、22.1%、13.3%、13.1%,不同种源的种仁含油率间存在极显著差异;4个种源地的白杨皮漆树其种籽油中的脂肪酸成分间也存在差异,其中,贵州大方的白杨皮漆油中脂肪酸的种类最多(共有23种),云南怒江的白杨皮漆油中脂肪酸的种类最少(共有20种);4个种源地的白杨皮漆油中不饱和脂肪酸的总含量间存在较大差别,其总含量范围在65.76%~81.10%之间,波幅为15.34%;从4个种源地的白杨皮漆油中检测出的脂肪酸的种类均不低于20种,其主要脂肪酸的含量分别占其脂肪酸总含量的96.99%、96.88%、97.31%、98.07%。
Oil content and fatty acid composition in Toxicodendron vernicifluum kernels from different provenances
In order to find out the effects of provenances on the oil contents and the compositions of fatty acid in Toxicodendron vernicifluum kernels, and to provide some references for selection and breeding of new varieties of T. vernicifluum taking unsaturated fatty acids as the target, using the T. vernicifluum seeds from Dafang county of Guizhou, Fuyuan county and Nujiang Lisu Autonomous Prefecture of Yunan, and Langao county of Shaanxi as experiment materials, the oil contents and fatty acid compositions were determined by Soxhlet extraction and GC-MS. The results showed that the oil contents in kernels from four provenances were 17.4%, 22.1%, 13.3%, and 13.1%, and they had very significant differences between different provenances. Fatty acid compositions in seed oils had obvious differences between different provenances. For example, fatty acid kinds in seed oil from Dafang of Guizhou was the most (total 23 kinds), and that from Nujiang of Yunnan was the least (total 20 kinds). The contents of unsaturated fatty acids from different provenances had obvious differences, ranging from 65.76% to 81.10%, and the amplitude was 15.34%. There were more than 20 kinds of fatty acids in oils from four provenances, and the ratios of main fatty acid contents to total fatty acid contents were respectively 96.99%, 96.88%, 97.31%, and 98.07%.
