Techniques of artiifcial breeding inLycium ruthenicum
In order to obtain the optimal propagation method of ifne germplasm resources inLycium ruthenicum, different breeding manners were researched. The results showed that seedling breeding and softwood cutting were the breeding way with higher survival rate ofL. ruthenicum. Seedling rates had no signiifcant differences among strip sowing, scatter sowing and container sowing. Transplanting one-year-old seedling could effectively promote lateral root elongating. In addition, effects of different mass concentrations of NAA and GGR solutions on softwood cutting were researched. 500 mg/L GGR treatment had the best effects, the survival rate was (84.00±9.17)%, the average length of new branch was (5.13±1.57) cm, and the average length of new root was (2.85±0.94) cm. The survival rate of hardwood cuttings was low.
