GC-MS analysis and preliminary study on structures of extracts from Fraxinus hupehensis leaves
In order to study the anti-disease cause of Fraxinus hupehensis in search of a new bio-pesticide,on the basis of the early bactericidal activity researches on extract from F.hupehensis leaves, ethyl acetate extracts and its column chromatography isolation ingredients were analyzed by GC-MS,and the possible structures of compounds contained in each ingredient were preliminarily identified. The results showed that,in ethyl acetate extracts, area normalization contents of 18 compound ingredients were over 1%,among which the No.3 compound ingredient had area normalization contents of 17.13% and had the structure of 4-hydroxyl phenyl ethanol.Through column chromatography isolation, compounds contained in each ingredient were more concentrated and purer.Ingredient A contained two substances, and its 4-hydroxyl phenyl ethanol content reached 81.3%,which was relatively pure.According to available relevant research results, the bactericidal activity shown by Ingredient A was better than that of the others. So 4-hydroxyl phenyl ethanol,as a important compound in F.hupehensis leaves, played an important role in the anti-disease ability ofF.hupehensis.
