摘要

为给桐粕植物源农药的开发利用研究提供理论依据,采用室内毒力试验法,分别就原桐粕水提物和醇提后的桐粕水提物对地下害虫球囊线蚓和地上害虫月季蚜虫的急性毒力作用进行了试验研究.试验结果表明:原油桐粕水提物对球囊线蚓的半致死浓度为38.32 mg·mL-1,毒力回归方程为y=-8.817+5.568x;其对月季蚜虫的半致死浓度为73.79 mg·mL-1,毒力回归方程为y=-5.931+3.175x.以70%乙醇提取后的桐粕残渣水提物对球囊线蚓的半致死浓度为27.86 mg·mL-1,毒力回归方程为y=-7.677+5.313x;其对月季蚜虫的半致死浓度为54.03 mg·mL-1,毒力回归方程为y=-6.741+3.890x.研究结果说明,桐粕及其醇提后的残渣水提物对球囊线蚓的毒杀作用均强,醇提后的粕渣水提物比原桐粕水提物对害虫的毒杀作用更强,用70%乙醇提取后的桐粕残渣中的毒性成分含量较高,其主要毒性成分可能为糖类或蛋白质.

Abstract

In order to provide some theoretical basises for exploitation and utilization of tung meal as a plant pesticide, acute toxicity effects of water extract from tung meal and residue after 70% alcohol extract on Enchytraeus bulbosus and Macrosiphum rosirvorum were determined in laboratory.The results show that the median lethal concentration of water extract from tung meal on E.bulbosus was 38.32 mg·mL-1,and the toxicity regression equation was y=-8.817+5.568x. The median lethal concentration of water extract on M. rosirvorum was 73.79 mg·mL-1, and the toxicity regression equation was y=-5.931+3.175x. The median lethal concentration of water extract from tung meal residue after 70% alcohol extract on E.bulbosus was 27.86 mg·mL-1,and the toxicity regression equation was y=-7.677+5.313x.The median lethal concentration of water extract from tung meal residue after 70% alcohol extract on M.rosirvorum was 54.03 mg·mL-1, and the toxicity regression equation was y=-6.741+3.890x. The result show toxicity effects of water extract from tung meal and residue after 70% alcohol extract were both stonger on E.bulbosus,and the toxicity effect of water extract from tung meal residue after alcohol extract on pests was stronger than that from tung meal. The toxic contents in tung meal residue after 70% alcohol extract were more than that in tung meal, and the main toxic ingredients could be polysaccharides or proteins.
