植物生长调节剂对切花百合瓶插期间花瓣内源激素含量的影响

以东方百合‘Siberia’为试验材料,用植物生长调节剂处理百合切花,研究瓶插过程中内源激素含量的影响.结果表明:(1)在瓶插前期(第2~6天),内源IAA含量先升后降;瓶插6d后,花瓣中的内源激素只有IAA对照除外,均表现为上升趋势.(2) 40 mg·L-16-BA处理百合增加了百合切花瓶插期间花瓣中ABA的含量,160 mg·L-16-BA处理加强百合切花花瓣中的JA含量的变化趋势,适宜浓度的6-BA与JA表现为协同作用.(3)外源GA3处理显著提高了百合切花花瓣内源GA3的含量,GA3处理在开花期减缓了花瓣中ABA含量的变化幅度,GA3与ABA表现为拮抗作用.(4)外源ABA处理百合切花显著提高了百合切花花瓣内源ABA的含量,百合花瓣中的JA含量变化趋势与ABA含量变化趋势整体一致.
Effect of plant growth regulators on endogenous hormones content of vase period in cut Lily flowers
Oriental Lily'Siberia'was used as a test material,to treat cut flowers with plant growth regulators to study the effect of endogenous hormone content during the vase period.The results showed that:(1) In the early stage of vase (Day 2 to Day 6),the content of endogenous IAA rose first and then decreased;after 6 days of vase time,the endogenous hormones IAA in petals showed only an upward trend except CK.(2) 40 mg·L16-BA treated lily increased the content of ABA in lily petals during vase,160 mg·L-16-BA treatment enhanced the trend of JA content in petals of cut lily flowers,and the appropriate concentration 6-BA and JA appeared to be synergistic.(3) Exogenous GA3 treatment significantly increased the content of endogenous GA3 in petals of cut lily flowers.GA3 treatment slowed the change of ABA content in petals during flowering,and GA3 and ABA showed antagonistic effects.(4) Exogenous ABA treatment of cut flowers significantly increased the endogenous ABA content in petals of cut flowers.The change trend of JA content in Lily petals was consistent with the change trend of ABA content.
