Effect of phosphorus selenium combined application on selenium absorption of Camellia oleifera
[Objective]To explore the optimal phosphorus and selenium application concentration of Camellia oleifera and to provide a reference for the cultivation and in-depth development of selenium-rich C.oleifera.[Method]The 2-year-old grafted C.oleifera seedlings of Ganwu No.2 were set up with different phosphorus levels(0.5648,1.1297,1.6855 g per plant, numbered PⅠ,PⅡ,PⅢ,respectively)and different selenium levels(0,16,32,48 mg,Se0,SeⅠ,SeⅡ,SeⅢ,respectively)were set up with different phosphorus levels(0.5648,1.1297,1.6855 g per plant per pot, numbered PⅠ,PⅡ,PⅢ,respectively)and different selenium levels(0,16,32 and 48 mg per plant,respectively,Se0,SeⅠ,SeⅡ,SeⅢ,respectively).The effects of different concentrations of phosphorus and selenium on selenium absorption in various organs of C.oleifera plants were studied.[Result]Under the same selenium level and different phosphorus levels, phosphorus application could promote the increase of soil available phosphorus content under the condition of low selenium(selenium not to exceed 16 mg).Compared with Se0 treatment, selenium application reduced soil available phosphorus content. The addition of organic selenium fertilizer promoted the absorption of selenium by C.oleifera plants, increased the selenium content and increased the accumulation of selenium.Phosphorus application promoted the absorption of selenium by C.oleifera plants, and the selenium content increased, but the effect was not significant. The soil available phosphorus content reached the highest value of 19.203 mg/kg under Se0PⅢ treatment, which was significantly different from that of SeⅢPⅢ treatment, which was 5.11 times that of SeⅢPⅢ treatment, and the maximum soil selenium content was 8.712 mg/kg under SeⅢPⅠ treatment, which was significantly different from that of the control. The selenium content of C.oleifera roots reached a peak of 7.05 mg/kg at the level of SeⅡPⅢ,which was significantly different from other treatments. The maximum selenium content of C.oleifera stems was 4.002 mg/kg under SeⅢPⅢ treatment, which was significantly different from the control. The selenium content of C.oleifera leaf tablets reached the maximum value of 1.172 mg/kg under SeⅢPⅢ treatment. The selenium accumulation of C.oleifera reached the maximum under SeⅢPⅢ treatment, and the selenium accumulation per plant was as high as 52.154 μg.Phosphorus treatment had no significant effect on the selenium absorption of various organs of C.oleifera, but selenium treatment significantly affected the selenium absorption of various organs of C.oleifera, and the interaction effect of phosphorus and selenium could promote the absorption of selenium by C.oleifera roots.[Conclusion]The combined application of phosphorus and selenium can promote the absorption of selenium by the roots of C.oleifera, and then promote the increase of selenium content in various organs of C.oleifera, and the organs of C.oleifera plants were ranked as roots, stems and leaves according to the selenium content transferred from the soil from high to low,and the soil selenium content was between the content of rhizomes. From the perspective of improving fertilizer utilization,SeⅡPI was the most suitable concentration ratio to promote the increase of selenium content in C.oleifera stems and leaves.
