石漠化地区澳洲坚果果实品质及产量的综合评价

[目的]了解石漠化地区澳洲坚果种质资源的品质特征,筛选出能适应于石漠化地区种植的优良澳洲坚果品种.[方法]以贵州石漠化地区的13个澳洲坚果品种为研究对象,分析测定澳洲坚果果实产量、外观品质、营养成分和脂肪酸组分等 34 项指标,采用变异分析、相关性分析及主成分分析法,对果实品质与产量进行分析和综合评价.[结果]不同澳洲坚果品种果实外观品质和产量存在明显差异,澳洲坚果单壳果质量为6.42~12.37 g,以Nanya No.12 和HAES344 的单壳果质量最大;出种率为 35.10%~55.37%,以HAES344 的出种率最高并显著高于其他品种;果仁质量为 2.27~4.36 g,出仁率为 29.76%~46.44%,单株产量为 1.66~21.04 kg,其中Nanya No.116 的果仁质量、出仁率和单株产量显著高于其他品种.不同品种澳洲坚果营养品质指标变异均较丰富,变异系数为 0.98%~41.82%,其中Fe含量的变异系数最大,为 41.82%,蛋白质和粗脂肪含量变异系数相对较小,分别为 3.84%和 0.98%;果仁脂肪酸组分中,十五烷酸和十七烷酸的变异系数最大,均为 14.29%,最小的是棕榈酸、油酸,分别为 5.53%和 2.86%,且果仁脂肪酸组分中均以油酸、棕榈油酸为主.澳洲坚果果实主要营养品质指标间有明显相关性,经主成分分析将 12 项主要营养品质指标综合为 4 个主成分,其累积贡献率可达 82.828%.各品种主成分的综合得分由高到低依次为:Nanya No.3、Own Choice、Hinde、HAES788、Nanya No.l、Nanya No.2、HAES344、Nanya No.12、Guire No.1、Nanya No.116、HVA16、HVA4、HAES695.[结论]Nanya No.3、Own Choice的果实综合性状表现均相对较好,这两个品种可通过深入研究作为贵州石漠化地区推广种植的优良品种.此外,Nanya No.l、Nanya No.12、Nanya No.116等品种的产量和营养品质均较好,可作为主要良种进行推广.
Comprehensive evaluation of fruit quality and yield of macadamia nuts in rocky desertification areas
[Objective]To understand the quality characteristics of macadamia nut germplasm resources in rocky desertification areas,in order to screen out excellent macadamia nut cultivars that can be adapted to planting in rocky desertification areas.[Method]Thirteen cultivars of macadamia nuts from the rocky desertification areas of Guizhou were used as research objects to analyze and determine 34 indexes of macadamia nut fruit yield,appearance quality,nutrient composition and fatty acid fractions.Analysis of variance,correlation analysis and principal component analysis were used to analyze and comprehensively evaluate the fruit appearance quality,yield,nutrients and fatty acid fractions.[Result]The dry mass of shell ranged from 6.42 to 12.37 g,and the dry mass of shell was the largest in Nanya No.12 and HAES344;the seed yield ranged from 35.10 to 55.37%,and that of HAES344 was the highest and significantly higher than that of other cultivars.The kernel mass ranged from 2.27 to 4.36 g,kernel yield ranged from 29.76 to 46.44%,and yield per plant ranged from 1.66 to 21.04 kg,with Nanya No.116 had significantly higher kernel mass,kernel yield,and yield per plant than the other cultivars followed by Own Choice.The kernel mass,kernel yield,and yield per plant were significantly higher than those of the other cultivars.The variation of nutritional quality indexes of different cultivars of macadamia nuts were rich,with coefficients of variation ranging from 0.98%%to 41.82%,among which the coefficient of variation of Fe content was the largest,13.95%,and the coefficients of variation of protein and crude fat content were relatively small,3.84%and 0.98%,respectively.Among the fatty acid fractions of the kernel,the coefficient of variation of pentadecanoic acid and heptadecanoic acid was the largest with 14.29%,and the smallest was palmitic acid and oleic acid with 5.53%and 2.86%,respectively,and all of the fatty acid fractions of the kernel were dominated by oleic acid and palmitoleic acid.There was a significant correlation between the main nutritional quality indexes of macadamia nuts fruit,and the 12 main nutritional quality indexes were synthesized into 4 principal components by principal component analysis,and their cumulative contribution rate could reach 82.828%.The comprehensive scores of principal component of each cultivar from high to low were Nanya No.3,Own Choice,Hinde,HAES788,Nanya No.1,Nanya No.2,HAES344,Nanya No.12,Guire No.1,Nanya No.116,HVA16,HVA4 and HAES695.[Conclusion]Nanya No.3 and Own Choice have relatively good performance in comprehensive fruit traits,and these two cultivars can be used as good cultivars for popularization of planting in rocky desertification areas of Guizhou through in-depth research.In addition,Nanya No.l,Nanya No.12,Nanya No.116 and other varieties have good yields and nutritional qualities,and can be popularized as the main good cultivars.
