[目的]探究酒泉早酥红梨园土壤养分对果实品质的影响,提出适宜生产优质早酥红梨的土壤养分优化方案,为实现早酥红梨的高质量发展提供理论依据.[方法]测定酒泉市肃州区和敦煌市早酥红梨的果实品质和土壤养分,采用描述性统计分析、相关分析和线性回归分析等方法,筛选出影响早酥红梨果实品质的主要土壤养分因子;通过建立果实品质与土壤养分关系的线性规划方程,求解获得早酥红梨果品最优时的土壤养分优化方案.[结果]酒泉早酥红梨园土壤特征为偏碱性,有机质、碱解氮含量偏低,有效磷、速效钾含量处于中等水平,交换性钙、交换性镁含量偏高,土壤肥力系数为 1.18,土壤肥力等级为三级,属于一般;通过相关分析、回归分析筛选出影响早酥红梨果实品质的主要土壤养分因子为有机质、有效磷、速效钾,建立线性规划方程组求解得出早酥红梨品质达到最优时的土壤优化方案为:土壤有机质含量为 21.44 g/kg、碱解氮 43.96~44.46 mg/kg、有效磷 30.86~55.99 mg/kg、速效钾 105.67 mg/kg、交换性钙 11.68~13.29 g/kg、交换性镁 0.77~1.38 g/kg.[结论]在管理酒泉早酥红梨园时,根据实际情况,改良土壤盐碱度,增施有机肥,适时适量施用氮、磷、钾肥,减少钙、镁肥,达到科学配方施肥技术标准,以实现早酥红梨高产、优质、高效的可持续发展目标.
[Objective]To explore the effects of soil nutrients on fruit quality of Jiuquan Zaosu red pear orchard,and put forward the optimization scheme of soil nutrients suitable for the production of high-quality Zaosu red pear,so as to provide scientific theoretical reference for the high-quality development of Zaosu red pear.[Method]The fruit quality and soil nutrients of Zaosu red pear in Suzhou District and Dunhuang city of Jiuquan city were determined.The main soil nutrient factors affecting the fruit quality of Zaosu red pear were screened out by descriptive statistical analysis,correlation analysis and linear regression analysis.By establishing a linear programming equation for the relationship between fruit quality and soil nutrients,the optimal soil nutrient optimization scheme for Zaosu red pear fruit was obtained.[Result]The soil characteristics of Jiuquan Zaosu red pear orchard were alkaline,the content of organic matter and alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen was low,the content of available phosphorus and available potassium was in the middle level,the content of exchangeable calcium and exchangeable magnesium was high,the soil fertility coefficient was 1.18,and the soil fertility grade was three,which belong to the general level.Through correlation analysis and regression analysis,the main soil nutrient factors affecting the fruit quality of Zaosu red pear were screened out as organic matter,available phosphorus and available potassium.The soil optimization scheme for the optimal quality of Zaosu red pear was obtained by establishing linear programming equations:soil organic matter content was 21.44 g/kg,available nitrogen was 43.96-44.46 mg/kg,available phosphorus was 30.86-55.99 mg/kg,available potassium was 105.67 mg/kg,exchangeable calcium was 11.68-13.29 g/kg,exchangeable magnesium was 0.77-1.38 g/kg.[Conclusion]In the management of Jiuquan Zaosu red pear orchard,according to the actual situation,improve the soil salinity,increase the application of organic fertilizer,timely and appropriate application of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium fertilizer,reduce calcium and magnesium fertilizer,to achieve scientific formula fertilization technical standards,in order to achieve the sustainable development goal of high yield,high quality and high efficiency of Zaosu red pear.
