[目的]为桃金娘优良种质筛选和品种选育提供参考依据。[方法]以引种于我国24 个种源的桃金娘为研究对象,在同质园栽培条件下,对果实表型性状进行测定,采用变异分析、相关性分析、主成分分析和聚类分析等方法,研究了其果实表型性状的变异特性和多样性。[结果]各种源桃金娘果实表型差异较大,变异系数为 2。54%~18。12%,其中单果鲜质量变异系数最大(18。12%),果形指数变异系数最小(2。54%)。Pearson相关性分析结果表明,果实纵径与果实横径、果实侧径、单果干质量和果实含水量极显著正相关(P<0。01)。主成分分析结果表明,前 4 个主成分的累计贡献率达 90。94%。第 1 主成分和第 2 主成分的贡献率分别为 51。07%和 16。50%,主要反映桃金娘果实大小和形状特征;第 3 主成分和第 4 主成分的贡献率分别为14。23%和9。14%,主要反映果实质量和种子特征。聚类分析结果表明,在欧氏距离10处可将24个种源分成A、B和C共3类,在欧式距离5处A类和C类可被进一步分成3个亚类。A类包括12个种源,该类种源果柄长,果实较大;B类包括3个种源,该类种源果实小且含水量低;C类包括9个种源,这些种源果实大且含水量高,适用于选育大果。[结论]桃金娘果实表型变异较为丰富,基于表型性状的种质资源筛选潜力较大,果实质量和形状特征可被作为种质资源评价和良种选育的主要参考标准,其中广东博罗、广西桂平和广西都安等种源果实的个体大、质量大、含水量高,为供试桃金娘较优大果种源。
Phenotypic diversity of Rhodomyrtus tomentosa fruit introduced from different provenances
[Objective]Study of its fruit phenotypic diversity can provide reference for the germplasm screening and variety breeding.[Method]The fruit phenotypic traits of R.tomentosa introduced from 24 different provenances in China were measured under homogeneous orchard cultivation conditions.Coefficient of variation,correlation,principal component and cluster analysis were used to study the diversity of fruit phenotypic traits.[Result]The fruit phenotypes from different provenances varied greatly,with a coefficient of variation ranging from 2.54% to 18.12%,The coefficient of variation of single fruit fresh mass was the highest at 18.12%,while the coefficient of variation of fruit shape index was the lowest at 2.54% .Pearson correlation analysis showed that the fruit vertical diameter was positively correlated with fruit horizontal diameter,fruit side diameter,fruit dry mass and fruit moisture content.The results of principal component analysis showed that the cumulative contribution rate of the first four principal components was 90.94% .The contribution rate of the first principal component and the tribute of the second principal component were 51.07% and 16.50%,which mainly reflected the fruit size and characteristics of R.tomentosa.The contribution rate of the third and fourth principal components were 14.23% and 9.14%,respectively,which mainly reflected the fruit mass and seed characteristics.The cluster analysis result showed that at Euclidean distance of 10,24 test provenances were divided into group A,B and C.Group A and C were further divided into 3 subgroups at Euclidean distance of 5.Group A contained 12 provenances with long carpopodium length and large fruits,group B contained 3 provenances with small fruits and low fruit moisture content,and group C contained 9 provenances with large fruits and high water content,making them suitable for breeding large fruits.[Conclusion]The phenotypic variation of R.tomentosa fruit has rich variation types and breeding potential is great.Mass traits and morphological traits of fruit can be used as important indexes for selecting good provenance of R.tomentosa.Among which Boluo in Guangdong,Guiping and Du'an in Guangxi are the best provenance with large fruits,heavy mass and high water content.These provenances are the best large fruit provenances of the tested R.tomentosa.
