[目的]研究 2 个软枣猕猴桃品种(系)果实发育期间的内源激素变化及果实生长动态规律,初步探讨内源激素对果实生长发育及采收期的影响。[方法]以'龙成 2 号'与'海佳'的 5 年生树为试材,自授粉后 25 d起,动态测定果实的单果质量、纵横侧径等形态指标,利用超高效液相色谱-三重四级杆质谱联用技术(LC-QQQ-MS)分析果实内源激素的变化。[结果]在果实发育过程中,'龙成2 号'的单果质量、纵横侧径均表现出相对较明显的"快—慢—快"的生长规律;而'海佳'的果实发育则未发现明显的缓慢生长期。授粉后 25 d时,'龙成 2 号'与'海佳'的果形指数分别为 1。95、1。59,此后二者均呈现出下降的趋势且总的下降幅度基本一致,这表明二者果形的差异在授粉后25 d之前已经形成。分析果实的内源激素含量发现,'龙成2号'的tZ、IAA最大峰值均出现于果实的第1次快速增长期,GA3 的最大峰值则出现于第2次快速增长期。而'海佳'的tZ、IAA和GA3 峰值出现时间较为集中,均出现于授粉后65 d。与采收期相对较晚的'龙成2号'相比,'海佳'的ABA含量在果实发育初期较低,但在果实发育中后期先于'龙成2号'上升且含量较高。相关分析表明,IAA尤其是IAA/ABA对果实生长的促进作用最明显,这也与'龙成 2 号'的单果质量和IAA峰值较高的结果相一致。[结论]总体来看,2个软枣猕猴桃品种(系)的同一内源激素峰值高低及出现的时间均存在一定差异;'海佳'果实ABA含量在果实发育中后期的迅速增加可能是果实成熟较早的主要原因之一;与内源激素的绝对含量相比,内源激素的比值与果实生长发育的相关性更强,表明了激素间的平衡关系对果实发育的重要性。
Changes of endogenous hormone contents in fruits of two Actinidia arguta varieties(lines)during fruit development
[Objective]This study aimed to clarify the changes of endogenous hormone and fruit growth dynamics of two Actinidia arguta varieties(lines)during fruit development,and preliminarily explore the effects of endogenous hormones on fruit growth and harvest time.[Method]Using the 5-year-old trees of'Longcheng 2'and'Haijia'as test materials,the morphological characteristics of the fruits were dynamically measured from 25 days after pollination.The changes in endogenous hormone contents in the fruits were also analyzed using liquid chromatography-triple quadrupole mass spectrum(LC-QQQ-MS)technology.[Result]During fruit development,the single fruit mass,longitudinal diameter,transverse diameter and side diameter of'Longcheng 2'exhibited a relatively obvious"fast-slow-fast"growth pattern.However,compared to'Longcheng 2','Haijia'had no obvious slow growth period.At 25 days after pollination,the fruit shape indexes of'Longcheng 2'and'Haijia'were 1.95 and 1.59 respectively.Afterwards,both of them showed a downward trend with basically the same degree of decrease,indicating that the difference in fruit shape between the two varieties(lines)had already existed before 25 days after pollination.In terms of endogenous hormones,the peaks of tZ and IAA in'Longcheng 2'appeared during the first rapid growth stage,while the peak of GA3 occurred during the second rapid growth period.The contents of tZ,IAA and GA3 in'Haijia'all reached their peak values at 65 days after pollination.Compared with'Longcheng 2'which was relatively late in harvest,the ABA content of'Haijia'was lower in the early stage of fruit development,but increased earlier and higher in the middle and late stages of fruit development.The correlation analysis showed that IAA,especially IAA/ABA,played an important role in the fruit growth of the two varieties(lines),which was also consistent with the higher single fruit quality and peak value of IAA in'Longcheng 2'.[Conclusion]In general,there are some differences in the peak values and occurrence time of the same endogenous hormone between the two varieties(lines).It may be one of the main reasons for the earlier fruit maturity that the ABA content of'Haijia'fruit rapidly increases in the middle and late stages of fruit development.Compared with the absolute contents of endogenous hormones,the correlation between the ratio of their contents and fruit growth is higher,indicating the importance of their balance relationship for fruit development.
