[目的]探究不同叶面肥对干旱地区'烟富 3 号'苹果植株光合特性及生长发育的影响。[方法]以甘肃庆阳市宁县6年生'烟富3号'苹果植株为试验材料,分别设定叶秀美氨基酸酵素液(T1)、流体钙(T2)、糖醇硼(T3)、矿源黄腐酸钾(T4)、有机硅+酵素钙(T5)、叶秀美+流体钙+糖醇硼(T6)、叶秀美+流体钙+糖醇硼+有机硅(T7)、叶秀美+流体钙+糖醇硼+有机硅+矿源黄腐酸钾(T8)、芸苔素(T9)、芸苔素+花芽双促(T10)、乐纯中量元素水溶肥料+有机硅(T11)、复硝酚钠(T12)、胺鲜脂(T13)、复硝酚钠+胺鲜脂(T14)、白砂糖+酵素+尿素(T15)、复硝酚钠+胺鲜脂+乐纯+白砂糖+酵素+尿素(T16)共 16 个处理,以清水喷施(CK)为对照,从果实膨大期开始喷施,每隔 15 d喷一次,共喷 4 次,测定不同处理及不同时期叶片和新梢的生长及光合相关指标。[结果]新梢长度在不同处理间无显著差异,T1 和T2 处理下均可显著提升新梢生长量,以T1 处理下新梢伸长量最高;T1 处理下新梢基部粗度增加最大,其次为T9、T8处理;叶面积以T6 处理的叶面积增长量最大,为 966。59 mm2,其次为T4、T5、T14 处理;在同一处理下不同时期叶片SPAD值呈先增后降的趋势,T1-T8、T11 处理均可提高叶片的SPAD值,其中T4 处理下的SPAD值增长量最高,T5、T6、T8 处理下叶片气孔导度、净光合速率、蒸腾速率显著增加,叶片胞间CO2 浓度降低。[结论]T1、T5、T6、T8处理可促进'烟富3号'苹果树体生长,为提高苹果产量和果实品质提供了依据。
Effects of foliar fertilizers on growth and photosynthetic characteristics of'Yanfu 3'apple plants in arid areas
[Objective]To investigate the effects of different foliar fertilizers on photosynthetic characteristics and growth and development of'Yanfu 3'apple plants in arid areas.[Method]Taking 6-year-old'Yanfu 3'apples in Ning county,Qingyang,Gansu province as the test material,we set up the following foliar fertilizers:leaf xumi amino acid enzyme liquid(T1),fluid calcium(T2),sugar alcohol boron(T3),mineral potassium xanthate(T4),organosilicon+enzyme calcium(T5),leaf xumi+fluid calcium+sugar alcohol boron(T6),leaf xumi+fluid calcium+sugar alcohol boron+silicone(T7),ye xiumei+fluid calcium+sugar alcohol boron+silicone+mineral source of potassium xanthate(T8),brassica(T9),brassica+bud double promotion(T10),le pure in the amount of elements of water-soluble fertilizer+silicone(T11),cinobufotalin(T12),aminofresh fat(T13),cinobufotalin sodium+aminofresh fat(T14),sugar+enzyme+urea(T15),sodium nitrophenol+amine fresh fat+Lechon+sugar+enzyme+urea(T16)and so on,a total of 16 treatments,with water spray(CK)as the control,from the fruit expansion period to spray,every 15 d spraying for 4 times totally,and determine the different treatments and period of leaf and new shoot growth and photosynthesis-related indicators.[Result]There was no significant difference in the length of new shoots among different treatments,and both T1 and T2 treatments could significantly enhance the growth of new shoots,and the elongation of new shoots was the highest under the T1 treatment;the thickness of the base of the new shoots increased the most under the T1 treatment,followed by the T9 and T8 treatments;the growth of leaf area was the greatest under the T6 treatment,which was 966.59 mm2,followed by the T4,T5 and T14 treatments;the SPAD values of leaves in different periods of time were determined by different treatments and periods of time.Leaf SPAD values in different periods showed a trend of increasing and then decreasing,T1-T8 and T11 treatments could increase leaf SPAD values,of which T4 treatment had the highest increase in SPAD values,and leaf stomatal conductance,net photosynthetic rate,and transpiration rate were significantly increased and leaf intercellular CO2 concentration was decreased in T5,T6,and T8 treatments.[Conclusion]T1,T5,T6 and T8 treatments can promote the growth of'Yanfu 3'apple trees,thus provide the basis for improving apple yield and fruit quality.
