品种和密度对文冠果叶用价值的影响

[目的]通过分析密度和品种对叶用文冠果Xanthoceras sorbifolia生长特性、营养元素含量及代谢物积累的影响,为叶用文冠果的高效栽培提供理论依据。[方法]以3个不同品种的文冠果嫁接苗为材料('中石1号''中石4号''中石9号'),设置3个密度处理(A1:40 cm×40 cm、A2:60 cm×60 cm、A3:80 cm×80 cm),通过测定叶片的性状指标、营养元素含量、代谢物含量,采用方差分析、相关性分析及主成分分析法,探讨各性状之间的关系。[结果](1)随着种植密度的增加,文冠果的百叶鲜质量、百叶干质量、叶面积、营养元素的含量、可溶性糖、黄酮含量都随种植密度的增大而增加,比叶面积、叶片厚度、可溶性蛋白都随着密度的增加呈减小的趋势。总黄酮含量最高为A3'中石4号',含量为84。684 mg·g-1。总多酚含量最高为A1'中石9号',含量为 24。467 mg·g-1。总皂苷含量最高为A2'中石 9 号',含量为 253。951 mg·g-1。(2)同一密度下文冠果叶用价值综合评价为:'中石 4 号'>'中石 1 号'>'中石 9 号'。同一品种下,不同栽植密度下文冠果叶用价值由高到低为:A3>A2>A1。(3)综合排名前 3位的为A3'中石4号'、A3'中石1号'、A2'中石4号'。[结论]在叶用价值方面,A3 为'中石 1 号'和'中石 9 号'文冠果较为适中的栽植密度,A3 和A2 为'中石4号'较为适中的栽植密度。
Effects of variety and density on leaf value of Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge
[Objective]By analyzing the effects of density and variety on the growth characteristics,nutrient content and metabolite accumulation of Xanthoceras sorbifolia,the theoretical basis was provided for the efficient cultivation of X.sorbifolia.[Method]Three different varieties of grafted X.sorbifolia Bunge seedlings(Zhongshi No.1,Zhongshi No.4 and Zhongshi No.9)were used as materials,and three density treatments(A1:40 cm×40 cm,A2:60 cm×60 cm,A3:80 cm×80 cm)were set up,and the leaf characters,Contents of nutrient elements and metabolites were determined.[Result]With the increase of planting density,the leaf fresh mass,leaf dry mass,leaf area,nutrient elements content,soluble sugar and flavone content of X.Sorbifoli,all increased,while the specific leaf area,leaf thickness and soluble protein all decreased.The highest content of total flavonoids was A3'Zhongshi No.4',and the content was 84.684 mg·g-1.The maximum content of total polyphenols was A1'Zhongshi No.9',and the content was 24.467 mg·g-1.The maximum content of total saponins was A2'Zhongshi No.9',and the content was 253.951 mg·g-1.(2)Under the same density,the comprehensive evaluation of X.Sorbifoli leaf use value was'Zhongshi No.4'>'Zhongshi No.1'>'Zhongshi No.9'.Under the same variety and different planting densities,the leaf use value of X.Sorbifoli from high to low was:A3>A2>A1.(3)The top three are A3'Zhongshi No.4',A3'Zhongshi No.1'and A2'Zhongshi No.4'.[Conclusion]In terms of leaf value,A3 is the moderate planting density of X.Sorbifoli'Zhongshi No.1'and'Zhongshi No.9',and A3 and A2 is the moderate planting density of'Zhongshi No.4'.
