油用牡丹凤丹的单株产量构成要素

[目的]为促进凤丹优良种质筛选和高产品种培育提供参考。[方法]以6 龄凤丹为研究对象,在果实开裂期,检测10个生长性状(主枝基径、主枝长、2年生枝基径、2年生枝长、小枝长、小枝基径、复叶数量、叶柄长、复叶长和复叶宽)和 5 个繁殖性状(单果数量、单果长、种子量、败育单果荚数量和产量),分析各性状的相关性,采用逐步回归法筛选与产量相关的性状,再对所筛选的性状进行通径分析,明确其对产量的效应。[结果]凤丹的繁殖性状指标的变异系数大于生长性状。与产量显著相关的性状有种子数量、单果长、2年生枝基径、2年生枝长和小枝长;种子数量对种子产量的影响最大(相关系数R=0。811),其次为单果长(R=0。210),小枝长、2年生枝基径和2年生枝长通过影响种子数量和单果长来对种子质量产生影响。以产量(y)为因变量,以种子数量(x1)、单果长(x2)、小枝长(x3)、2 年生枝基径(x4)为自变量,构建的凤丹单株产量模型为y=0。142x1+1。123x2+0。027x3+0。014x1x2+0。011x1x4-0。043x2x4-3。386。[结论]单株产量构成的关键要素为种子数量(果实数量)和单果长(果实大小),说明凤丹的单株产量由"库"的大小所决定,同时受到"源"强度的影响。实际生产中在调"源"的同时,更应关注扩"库"增产措施的应用。
Components of yield per plant of oil peony Fengdan(Paeonia ostia)
[Objective]To provide reference for promoting the screening of excellent germplasm and high-yield variety cultivation of Fengdan(Paeonia ostii T Hong et J X Zhang).[Method]Using 6-year-old Fengdan as the research object,10 growth traits(diameter of main branch base,length of main branch,diameter of biennial branch base,length of biennial branch,length of twig,diameter of twig base,number of leaves,length of petiole,length of leaf and width of leaf)and 5 reproductive traits(number of single fruit,length of single fruit,number of seeds,number of aborted single fruit pods and yield)were detected during the fruit cracking period.The correlation between each trait was analyzed,and the traits related to yield were screened using stepwise regression method.Then,path analysis was conducted on the screened traits to clarify their effects on yield.[Result]The variations of reproductive traits of Fengdan were greater than that of vegetative traits.The traits that significantly correlated with the yield per plant of Fengdan plant were seed number,length of single fruit,diameter of biennial branch base and length of biennial branch of biennial branch,and length of twig.Seed number had the greatest impact on seed yield(R=0.811),followed by length of single fruit(R=0.210).Diameter of biennial branch base and length of biennial branch of biennial branch,and length of twig affected seed quality by influencing seed number and single fruit length.The per plant yield model of Fengdan constructed with yield(y)as the dependent variable and seed number(x1),length of single fruit(x2),length of twig(x3),and diameter of biennial branch base(x4)as independent variables was:y=0.142 x1+1.123 x2+0.027 x3+0.014 x1 x2+0.011 x1 x4-0.043 x2 x4-3.386.[Conclusion]The key factors influencing the yield per plant of Fengdan are seed number(fruit number)and length of single fruit(fruit size),hinting that the yield per plant of Fengdan is mainly determined by sink size but also regulated by source intensity.In the cultivation practices of oil peony,while adjusting the"source",more attention should be paid to the application of measures to expand the"sink"and obtain high yield.
