榧树属为红豆杉科古老珍稀的孑遗植物。全面认识该属植物的研究进展对于研究植物区系、分类及生物多样性保护等科学问题具有重要意义。系统、全面地总结了榧树属种质资源与地理分布、起源与系统演化、分类、群体结构与遗传多样性、栽培与繁殖、植物化学成分等方面的国内外研究进展。结果表明:1)目前对榧树属植物的分类尚未达成共识,地理分布、生境特征、资源现状等方面的研究较为零散;2)属内大多数物种的起源和系统演化、生物地理格局及进化关系等方面的研究已初具成效,但诸多科学问题有待进一步明确;3)群落结构特征、遗传多样性、繁殖栽培等方面的研究只见零星报道;4)关于生化成分的研究仅见于属内少数物种。为更好地保护和利用榧树属植物资源,根据现状进行分析和总结,对今后的研究方向提出展望和建议。未来应采用多学科交叉的研究方法,全面探究榧树属生物学和生态学特性、系统发育和遗传进化机制等,进一步明确地理分布格局、濒危机理和系统演化路径,理清物种间的遗传距离及亲缘关系,重点关注引种栽培与种质创新,充分发掘食用、药用和观赏价值,为合理开发利用榧树属植物资源提供理论基础和研究思路。
Research progress on plant resources of Torreya Arn.
Torreya Arn.,an exceptional member of the Taxaceae family,has captivated floristic research,classification,biodiversity conservation,and many other fields of scientific interest.This article provided an insightful overview of domestic and overseas advances in germplasm resources,geographic spread,origin and phylogenetic evolution,classification,population structure,genetic diversity,cultivation and reproduction,as well as its phytochemical composition.Despite notable advances in understanding the origins and systematic evolution,biogeographic patterns,and evolutionary links of various species,there is still no consensus on Torreya classification.Geographical distribution,habitat characteristics,and resource status are also areas of limited research.In addition,less attention has been paid to community structure characteristics,genetic diversity,reproduction,and cultivation techniques.Research on biochemical makeup is mainly limited to a few species.This article systematically and comprehensively summarizes the research progress at home and abroad on the germplasm resources and geographical distribution,origin and systematic evolution,classification,population structure and genetic diversity,cultivation and reproduction,and phytochemical components of the genus Torreya.The results showed that:1)There is no consensus on the classification of Torreya plants,and the research on geographical distribution,habitat characteristics,and resource status is relatively scattered;2)The research on the origin and systematic evolution,biogeographic pattern,and evolutionary relationship of most species in the genus has achieved initial results,but many scientific issues need to be further clarified;3)There are only sporadic reports on the research on community structure characteristics,genetic diversity,reproduction and cultivation;4)Research on biochemical components is only found in a few species in the genus.Future research strategies should focus on understanding Torreya's biological and ecological traits,phylogeny,genetic evolution mechanism,geographic distribution pattern,endangered management,system evolution pathways,and genetic distances and relationships between species.Given Torreya's economic,culinary,medicinal,and ornamental values,there is a pressing need to introduce and cultivate this species,and to further explore its germplasm resources.
