[目的]为筛选出综合观赏价值高且能适于青海省栽植的海棠品种提供科学理论依据。[方法]以引进的 22 个海棠种(品种)为试验材料,对其枝叶表型、花表型、果实表型和植株生长量等 20 项指标进行测定和统计分析,采用主成分分析和隶属函数值法对海棠观赏性进行综合评价。[结果]不同海棠种(品种)之间存在明显差异,20 项指标间存在不同程度的变异。枝叶表型变异系数范围为11。72%~66。36%,新梢长度变异系数最大;枝下高变异系数最小,仅 11。72%,表明枝下高在不同海棠品种间差异较小,性状较为稳定。花表型变异系数范围为23。57%~39。47%。果实表型和品质变异系数范围为9。11%~100。82%;其中果实性状表型变异最广,结果簇数的变异系数达到了100。82%,表明不同海棠品种间存在极广泛的变异;果形指数变异系数最小,为 9。11%。各指标间有 20 对和 12 对相关性分别达到极显著(P<0。01)和显著水平(P<0。05),说明海棠各品种性状间存在关联,有一定的相关性。主成分分析结果表明:果实性状因子、枝条特征因子、生长量特征因子和花性状等6个主成分累计贡献率达82。60%,保留了海棠品种表型性状大部分信息。隶属函数分析显示,'白兰地'海棠综合指数最大,'丰花'海棠综合指数最小。[结论]2种分析方法得出'白兰地''龙丰''红丽''朱丹''新疆''花红''杨泰红'7个引进海棠品种综合得分值均排在前列,其表型性状综合表现优良,可在青海省绿化中应用及育种。
Phenotypic analysis and ornamental comprehensive evaluation of Malus spp.based on principal component and membership function method
[Objective]To provide a theoretical basis for screening Malus spp.varieties with high comprehensive ornamental value and suitable for planting in Qinghai province.[Method]Taking 22 introduced varieties of Malus spp.as materials,the phenotypes of branches and leaves,flowers and fruits were continuously determined and statistically analyzed,and comprehensive evaluation was made by principal component analysis and membership function value method.[Result]There were obvious differences among different Malus spp.species(varieties),and there were different degrees of variation among 20 indexes.The phenotypic variation coefficient of branches and leaves ranged from 11.72%to 66.36%,The coefficient of variation of the length and crown width of the new branch was the largest,with the coefficient of variation reaching 66.36%and 61.43%respectively,and the coefficient of variation of the height under the branch was the smallest,only 11.72%,indicating that the height under the branch had little difference among different begonia varieties and the characters were relatively stable.The coefficient of variation of flower phenotype ranged from 23.57%to 39.47%,and the variation coefficient ranged from 9.11%to 100.82%.The variation coefficient of fruit Malus spp.was the most extensive,and the variation coefficient of fruiting cluster number reached 100.82%.The results showed that there was a wide range of variation among different Malus spp.varieties,and the coefficient of variation of fruit shape index was the smallest,which was 9.11%.There were 20 pairs and 12 pairs of each index were significantly correlated(P<0.01)and significant level(P<0.05),respectively.The cumulative contribution rate of six principal components,such as fruit characteristics,branch characteristics,growth characteristics and flower characteristics,reached 82.60%,which retained most of the information of phenotypic traits of Malus cultivar.The calculation and analysis of the membership function value showed that the composite index of Malus'Brandywine'was the largest and that of Malus'Profusion'was the smallest.[Conclusion]Two methods of analysis showed that Malus'Brandywine',Malus'Longfeng',Malus'Red splender',Malus'Vermilion',Malus'Xinjiang',Malus'asiatica'and Malus'yangtaihong'were all ranked in the front,and their phenotypic traits were excellent.It can be applied and bred in Qinghai province.
