基于Matlab图像识别的海棠花期色彩动态变化规律

[目的]探究不同观赏海棠花期色彩动态的变化规律,实现图像识别技术在监测植物色彩动态变化中的应用。[方法]以70个观赏海棠为研究对象,基于Matlab图像识别技术对无人机(unmanned aerial vehicle,UAV)图像中开花区域进行识别与分割,并提取HSL色彩参数值,通过计算和分析色彩参数来揭示海棠花色动态规律。[结果]1)Matlab能对开花区域进行有效识别和分割,识别率达91。6%。不同花色的识别率有差异,白色系、粉色系、红色系的识别率分别为95。0%、92。3%、85。9%。形成花色识别率差异的主要原因是不同色系与背景色彩的对比度不同。2)基于UAV图像提取的盛花期的色彩参数,将观赏海棠品种群分为了3大色系:白色系(H值在200°~250°)、粉色系(H值在300°~330°)、红色系(H值在330°~360°)。3)在开花进程中,3大色系海棠品种的色彩参数变化具有相似和不同2种趋势,相似的趋势是:3大色系海棠品种群的色相H、亮度L呈现出由集中向分散的趋势,饱和度S呈下降趋势,亮度L呈上升趋势。不同的趋势是3个色系的饱和度S下降节律明显不同:白色系品种在初花期-盛花期迅速下降,而在盛花期-末花期无明显变化;粉色系品种在整个花期阶段呈匀速下降的趋势;红色系品种在初花期-盛花期下降缓慢,在盛花期-末花期下降速度加快,但整体下降幅度低于粉色系品种。[结论]Matlab图像识别技术可便捷、高效分析多品种海棠色彩动态规律,实现花色动态监测。
Color dynamic change regulation of Begonia flower period based on Matlab image recognitio
[Objective]To investigate the patterns of color dynamics during the flowering period of various ornamental crabapple species,and to implement the application of image recognition technology in monitoring these dynamic changes in plant colors.[Method]In this study,70 ornamental crabapple species were taken as the research objects.Based on Matlab image recognition technology,the flowering areas in unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)images were identified and segmented,and HSL color parameter values were extracted.By calculating and analyzing these color parameters,the dynamic patterns of crabapple flower colors were revealed.[Result]1)Matlab effectively recognizes and segments the flowering areas with a recognition rate of 91.6%.There were differences in recognition rates among different flower colors,with recognition rates of 95.0%,92.3%,and 85.9%for white,pink,and red series,respectively.The main reason for the difference in color recognition rates was the varying contrast between different color series and the background.2)Based on the color parameters extracted from UAV images during the full blooming stage,the Begonia varieties were classified into three major color series:white(with H values ranging from 200° to 250°),pink(with H values ranging from 300° to 330°),and red(with H values ranging from 330° to 360°).3)During the flowering process,the color parameter changes of Begonia varieties in the three color series showed both similar and different trends.The similar trend was that the hue(H)and lightness(L)of the Begonia varieties in the three color series tended to spread out from being concentrated,while saturation(S)decreases and lightness(L)increases.The different trend was that the decreasing rhythm of saturation(S)varies significantly among the three color series:the white series varieties showed a rapid decrease from initial flowering stage to full blooming stage,with no significant change from full blooming stage to ending flowering stage;the pink series varieties showed a uniform decreasing trend throughout the flowering stage;and the red series varieties decreased slowly from initial flowering stage to full blooming stage but accelerate from full blooming stage to ending flowering stage,although the overall decrease was less than that of the pink series varieties.[Conclusion]The Matlab image recognition technology can conveniently and efficiently analyze the color dynamics of multiple crabapple varieties,enabling dynamic monitoring of flower colors.
