Briefing of the Application of PPP Model in the New Rural Urbanization:New Rural Urbanization in Hainan International Tourism Island for Example
New urbanization is a national strategy established in the Eighteenth National Congress of the Com-munist Party of China. Combined with the spirit of the central city working conference and 2016 central No. 1 docu-ment, according to the necessity and feasibility of PPP models in the construction of new rural urbanization in Hain-an International Tourism Island, the author proposes a systems thinking and suggestions for the application of PPP model, in order to provide valuable investment and financing model for promoting the new rural construction and new urbanization development under the new normal status.
