Digital Technology Boosts Construction of China's Modern Energy System:Enabling Mechanisms,Practical Problems and Implementation Paths
The modem energy system is an important support for China to achieve its goal of building China into a great modern socialist country in all respect,and the digital technology is an important engine for the development of modern industries.This paper begins with the description of the connotation of Chi-na's modem energy system and reveals that digital technology is of great significance for the construction of it.From the perspective of Marx's social reproduction,this paper analyzes the theoretical mechanism of digital technology enabling the construction of China's modern energy system.In detail,the digital tech-nology promotes the efficiency improvement of energy and downstream industries,cooperation deepening and structure optimization in the production link.In the exchange link,it improves the competitiveness of energy markets,the dynamic equilibrium of supply and demand,the security of energy transaction.In the distribution link,it improves the spatial misallocation of energy resources and helps to achieve equita-ble energy transition.In the consumption link,the digital technology promotes the formation of green en-ergy consumption mode,and provide diversified energy use scenarios.In the process of building modern energy system enabled by digital technology,there are many practical problems.In order to better play the enabling role of digital technology,it is necessary to strengthen the top-level design of energy digitali-zation,accelerate the cultivation of compound talents,accelerate the deployment of digital infrastructure,eliminate the gap between urban and rural energy digitalization development,and introduce policies and regulations to ensure safe market competition.
