数字基础设施建设对绿色技术创新扩散的影响研究

加强绿色技术创新扩散是中国实现低碳经济转型与绿色可持续发展的必然趋势。本文选取2012-2021年31个省(区、市)面板数据,实证分析数字基础设施建设对绿色技术创新扩散的影响效应。结果显示:数字基础设施建设可对绿色技术创新扩散产生显著正向影响。其中,绿色全要素生产率、知识溢出在数字基础设施建设与绿色技术创新扩散间发挥中介作用。门槛效应检验结果显示,在产业集聚水平提高与产业结构升级影响下,数字基础设施建设与绿色技术创新扩散之间存在非线性影响。据此,应完善数字基础设施算力生态网络体系、构筑跨区域知识要素流动平台、多元主体协同释放创新成果转化效能,擘画创新驱动型绿色经济发展"新图景"。
Research on the Impact of Digital Infrastructure Construction on the Diffusion of Green Technology Innovation
Strengthening the diffusion of green technology innovation is an inevitable trend for China to realize the transformation of a low-carbon economy and green sustainable development.Selecting the Panel data of 31 provinces,autonomous regions,and municipalities in China from 2012 to 2021 to empiri-cally analyze the impact of digital infrastructure construction on green technology innovation diffusion.The results show that the construction of digital infrastructure can have a significant positive impact on the diffu-sion of green technology innovation.Among them,green total factor productivity and knowledge spillover play intermediary roles between digital infrastructure construction and green technology innovation diffu-sion.The threshold effect test results show that there is a non-linear impact between digital infrastructure construction and green technology innovation diffusion under the influence of industrial agglomeration level and industrial structure upgrading.Based on this,it is necessary to improve the system of digital infra-structure computing power network,build a platform for cross-regional knowledge elements flow,and col-laborate with multiple entities to release the efficiency of innovation achievements transformation,so as to depict the"new landscape"of innovation-driven green economic development.
