人工智能驱动现代化产业体系协同发展的理论机制、实证检验与实现路径

本文首先通过选取指标构建实体经济、科技创新、现代金融和人力资源四个子系统。然后,运用耦合协同模型测度2011-2019年我国31个省(区、市)①的"四位协同"②发展水平,发现我国四位协同位于良好协同及以上的省(区、市)仅6个,其余25个省(区、市)均位于不协同的发展阶段。接着,选取人工智能专利数衡量人工智能,验证了人工智能对四位协同发展有显著的正向影响作用,并用工业机器人渗透度和软件产业收入替换核心解释变量进行稳健性检验,运用工具变量2SLS和动态面板系统GMM解决内生性问题;异质性检验表明,在人工智能基础设施、人才数量、研发投入相应较高地区,人工智能作用显著;相反,作用则不显著。随后,利用空间计量和门限效应模型对人工智能驱动四位协同的作用机制进行检验,发现人工智能驱动四位协同受到市场规模、基础设施投资、财政支出规模、信息服务程度的单门限条件影响,人工智能驱动四位协同的空间溢出效应尚不明显。最后,提出以人工智能驱动四位协同发展,建设现代化产业体系的实现路径。
Theoretical Mechanism,Empirical Test and Realization Path of AI-driven Coordinated Development of Modern Industrial System
This paper firstly constructs four sub-systems of real economy,scientific and technological innovation,modern finance and human resources by selecting indicators.Secondly,the coupling synergy model was used to measure the development level of the"four-sphere coordination"of 31 provinces(au-tonomous regions and municipalities)in China from 2011 to 2019,and it was found that only 6 provinces(autonomous regions and municipalities)in China have good four-sphere coordination or above,and the other 25 provinces(autonomous regions and municipalities)are in the development stage of non-coordi-nation.Thirdly,the number of artificial intelligence patents is selected to measure artificial intelligence,and it is verified that artificial intelligence has a significant positive effect on the four-sphere coordination development.The core explanatory variables are replaced by industrial robot penetration and software in-dustry income for the robustness test.Instrumental variable 2SLS and dynamic panel system GMM are used to solve the endogenous problem.Heterogeneity test shows which is in areas with relatively high AI infra-structure,talent quantity and R&D investment,Al plays a significant role.On the contrary,the effect is not significant.Fourthly,using spatial econometrics and threshold effect model to test the action mecha-nism of the AI-driven four-sphere coordination,it is found that the AI-driven four-sphere coordination is affected by the single threshold conditions of market size,infrastructure investment,financial expenditure scale and information service degree,and the spatial spillover effect of the AI-driven four-sphere coordi-nation is not obvious.Finally,it puts forward the realization paths of the four-sphere coordination devel-opment driving by artificial intelligence and the construction of modern industrial systems.
