Research on Statistical Measurement and Influencing Factors of Digital New Quality Productive Forces in China
Digital new quality productive forces are the core of the development of new quality pro-ductive forces and an important engine for promoting high-quality development.The research establishes an evaluation index system for digital new quality productive forces from three aspects:digital labor force,digital labor objects,and digital means of production.On this basis,this research uses the TOPSIS meth-od to calculate the level of digital new quality productive forces from 2016 to 2022 and analyzes the influen-cing factors of digital new productive forces.The results indicate that there is a significant difference in digital new quality productive forces among different provinces,and the overall level of it shows an upward trend.Compared with 2016,the overall level of digital new productive forces in China is relatively high in 2022.In terms of subsystems,the changes in digital labor objects are relatively small,the level of digital labor is improving rapidly,and the contribution of digital means of production to digital new quality pro-ductivity is the greatest.In terms of influencing factors,economic level,technological innovation invest-ment,financial development level,and human capital all have a significant enhancing effect on the im-provement of the level of digital new quality productive forces.The impact of external dependence on digit-al new quality productive forces is unstable.Based on this,this research proposes policy recommendations that improve the high-quality development system of the digital industry,and create a coordinated develop-ment pattern of regional digital productivity,therefore,providing reference for research on digital new quality productive forces.
