绿色金融和数字技术耦合协调发展水平测度、时空演化及降污减排效应

本研究采用博弈论组合赋权法,测度中国绿色金融和数字技术耦合协调发展水平,并采用Kernel密度估计法、传统Markov链模型和空间Markov链模型分析其动态演进特征和趋势。研究发现:中国省份全样本、东部地区省份、中部地区省份、西部地区省份与东北地区省份的绿色金融和数字技术耦合协调水平呈上升趋势。绿色金融和数字技术耦合协调水平存在显著的俱乐部趋同,高水平趋同与低水平趋同更显著,即对角线上低水平与高水平的地区保持稳定的概率均较高,存在"马太效应"。通过实证检验发现,绿色金融与数字技术耦合协调发展可以显著促进降污减排,进一步采用空间杜宾模型分析其空间效应,结果显示绿色金融与数字技术耦合协调发展的降污减排效应存在显著的空间溢出效应。
Measurement of the Coupling and Coordinated Development Level of Green Finance and Digital Technology,its Spatiotemporal Evolution and Effects on Pollution and Emission Reduction
This paper uses the game theory combination weighting method to measure the level of co-ordinated development of green finance and digital technology in China,and uses the Kernel density esti-mation method,traditional Markov chain model and spatial Markov chain model to analyze its dynamic evo-lution characteristics and trends.The study found that the coupling and coordination level of green finance and digital technology in the sample of entire Chinese provinces,eastern provinces,central provinces,western provinces,and northeastern provinces are on an upward trend.There is an obvious club conver-gence phenomenon in the coordinated development of green finance and digital technology,while the high-level convergence and the low-level convergence are more significant.That is,the low-level and high-level areas on the diagonal have a higher probability of remaining stable,where exists the Matthew effect.Through empirical testing,it is found that the coupling and coordinated development of green finance and digital technology can significantly promote pollution and emission reduction.After using the spatial Durbin model to analyze the spatial effect,the results show that there are significant spatial spillover effects in the pollution and emission reduction effects of the coupling and coordinated development of green finance and digital technology.
