Evolutionary Characteristics,Key Issues and Breakthrough Direction of High-Quality Development of Rural Industries
High-quality development of rural industries is an inherent requirement to accelerate the construction of a strong agricultural country.Based on the theory of synergistic development of industry,this paper explains that the rural industry always adheres to the value orientation of"people-oriented",the industrial structure is evolving in the direction of more charac-teristic and advanced integration and agglomeration,the organizational system is evolving in the direction of more modem and systematic complementary advantages,and the factor resources are changing in the direction of more integrated and reciprocal sharing,which in turn promotes the evolutionary characteristics of high-quality development of rural industries in a multi-dimensional synergistic manner.This paper identifies the key problems such as single industrial structure,lack of deep integra-tion of the three industries,inefficient organization system,weak industrial competitiveness,poor factor flow,difficulty in re-source integration,lack of farmers'income and lack of benefit linkage,and it points out four key breakthrough directions,namely,to build a diversified structure of the industry with the core of supply and demand drive,to cultivate the organization and complementary system with the cornerstone of the collective economy,to optimize the resource sharing and allocation with the core of urban-rural integration,and to link the value orientation of the rural industry with the orientation of win-win cooperation.
