Research on the Transformation,Development Dilemma,and Countermeasures of China's Agricultural Product Supply Chain
As a bridge connecting rural production development and urban consumption,the safety and stability of the agri-cultural product supply chain have always been a focus of attention in society.This paper systematically summarizes the retail terminal revolution,food service revolution,origin revolution,and supply chain intermediary revolution that have occurred in the agricultural supply chain since the 18th CPC National Congress due to factors such as increased urbanization,rising incomes,globalization,digitization,and unexpected events.This paper deeply analyzes the dilemmas of the agricultural supply chain in the four aspects of supply stability,benefit distribution,whole-chain quality control,and whole-chain loss reduction,and gives countermeasure suggestions to promote the high-quality development of the agricultural supply chain from strengthening the stra-tegic design of the supply chain,grasping the key main body,playing the role of leverage of government support,and embedding a new type of rural collective economy.
