Evaluation and Improvement Measures for the Security of China's Key Industrial Chain and Supply Chain
Against the backdrop of increasing global economic uncertainty,the significance of industrial chain and supply chain security becomes more pronounced.This paper comprehensively constructs an indicator system for evaluating the security level of key industrial chains and supply chains from three dimensions:dependence level,controllable resilience,and autono-mous capability.We select the integrated circuit and high-capacity battery which are two focal areas of current great power com-petition as key industrial chains and conduct an assessment of the security level of the industrial chains and supply chains.The evaluation results indicate that in terms of dependence level,there exists an asymmetric dependency relationship between China's integrated circuit industry and developed countries,while developed countries'dependence on China's high-capacity battery industry is notably higher.In terms of controllable resilience,developed countries possess a strong monopoly advantage in the upstream segment of the integrated circuit industry,while China's overall supply chain resilience of the high-capacity bat-tery industry demonstrates a good performance.Regarding autonomous capability,most of the areas of comparative advantage in the upstream of China's integrated circuit industry are relatively weak,and although patent applications of various links in the large-capacity battery industry chain are in a leading position,the comparative advantage of some core products is not prominent enough.We should enhance the technological autonomy in key areas,increase the support for chain master enterprises,reduce the path dependence of the industrial chain supply chain,and comprehensively improve the security level of China's key indus-trial chain supply chain.
